West Africa's Next Top Model

I love America's Next Top Model and for a while it looked like the magic of my girl Tyra Banks was coming to Africa, but sadly it was not to be.

 West Africa's Next Top Model Contestants

West Africa's Next Top Model was a planned reality documentary based on Tyra Banks America's Next Top Model which would have featured contestants from all West African countries including Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Liberia and Nigeria against each other in a variety of competitions to determine who would win title of West Africa's Next Top Model and a lucrative modeling contract with an international modeling agency in hopes of a successful future in the modeling business.

The  competition was supposed to have been hosted by Nigerian Supermodel Oluchi Onweagba, however due to unknown reasons the show never aired and was left without a TV station.
