Try an African dish - Thiebou Dienn - this holiday

In the spirit of holiday cooking I share this video on how to cook a Senegalese dish called Thiebou Dienn - Riz gras. I'm pretty sure I had this dish when I was in Paris and enjoyed a wonderful meal at a Senegalese restaurant.YUM!
