Dr Martin Luther King's neighborhood now a ghost town


This was a rather sad story about the demise of the neighborhood where Dr Martin Luther King once lived.

The Atlanta street where Martin Luther King Jr. was born was once a growing and bustling example of black economic progress.  Auburn Avenue was once the home to banks, churches and meat markets, but it’s now a virtual ghost town, with torn down buildings and economic despair.
