The School 'It Takes a Village' built

Photo of our first little school located in Djati, Guinea Bissau, West Africa

The school was built with the generous donations of people who care! The school provides education for more than 100 children who reside in the village of Djati and many other students from near by villages who walk miles for an education.

Education transforms lives!

In Africa education represents the only way out of a life of entrenched poverty where millions of children live on less than a dollar a day. Only those who can read, write and do arithmetic can hope to get a better paying job when they grow up.

Thank you

Teach Your Children

by Crosby Stills Nash Young.

You who are on the road
Must have a code that you can live by
And so become yourself
Because the past is just a good bye.

Teach your children well,
Their father's hell did slowly go by,
And feed them on your dreams
The one they picked, the one you'll know by.

Don't you ever ask them why, if they told you, you would cry,
So just look at them and sigh and know they love you.

And you, of tender years,
Can't know the fears that your elders grew by,
And so please help them with your youth,
They seek the truth before they can die.

. . .
Can you hear and do you care and
Cant you see we must be free to
Teach your children what you believe in.
Make a world that we can live in.

Teach your parents well,
Their children's hell will slowly go by,
And feed them on your dreams
The one they picked, the one you'll know by.

Don't you ever ask them why, if they told you, you would cry,
So just look at them and sigh and know they love you.
